I have over 8 years of experience providing digital marketing services to mental health providers and organizations, with account sizes ranging from 1000 followers to 100,000 followers. In addition, I have been a social media content creator for 10+ years (growing my own platforms to over 80k combined followers), giving me thorough knowledge of the social media landscape.
I am currently the Director of Development for The Gaia Center for Embodied Healing, a Nashville-based psychotherapy practice. I lead our marketing efforts, including social media (Instagram, TikTok, Threads), blog & SEO, and B2B outreach and also provide these services on a freelance basis for other mental health providers.
I have also recently started offering social media services and other author services for writers of all levels including social media management, content pulls, manuscript evaluation, sensitivity reading (as a licensed therapist + person with lived experience of mental health conditions), and more.

Please note that for therapists, I will only provide digital marketing services for those outside of Tennessee as part of my commitment to The Gaia Center. If you are a dietitian located in Tennessee, you are still eligible to receive services due to being in a different subset of the industry!

These services are only available on a retainer basis vs. month-to-month one-off services. Packages start at $2500/month, with most practices choosing a package that lands in the $3500-$4000/month range.

Accuracy reading for music industry related topics (includes consultation with a studio trained + touring audio engineer who has worked across genres, from low level artists to A-level household names), starting at $200 depending on word count
Manuscript evaluation (think of this as somewhere between beta reading and developmental editing), starting at $400 depending on word count
Beta + ARC management (inquire about rates via content form)
Content/quote pulls, starting at $150 depending on word count
